The investor is considered agreeing on all conditions and provisions by merely opening its account and considering him as an investor with us.

The company has the full right to select the investment fields as it deems appropriate to the company's and investors' interests.

All of the company's profits are subject to the statutory tax thereof where the company has nothing to do with the taxes that may be imposed by the state of the investor due to the profits generated by us, since that we do not deduct any taxes from the investors own profits.

If you decide to close your account completely, we will ensure to refund your full amount upon receiving your confirmation through email in 3 working days.
 

Investment, Withdraw and Deposit Provisions:

Any individual or company from any country is entitled to invest in our company.

The minimum limit of deposit is 100 USD/EUR, while the maximum limit of investment is indefinite.

In the event that the deposit value exceeds 10,000.00 USD/EUR, the investor must send a copy of his ID to ensure that he has completed the legal age, otherwise the company shall return the investor's funds in full and close his account at once.

In the event that the deposit value exceeds 100,000.00 USD/EUR, the investor must send a copy of his bank statement or any income verification document to ensure that he has no relation with money laundry, otherwise the company shall return the investor's funds in full and close his account at once.

The capital of the companies that desire to directly invest by means of representing us must not be less than 250.000 USD/EUR and must send to us a proof thereon.

The minimum withdraw limit from the account is 1 USD/EUR, while the maximum withdraw limit is indefinite.

Withdrawn funds shall be transferred to the approved account number in the investor's account.

Funds withdrawal period takes 48 working hours at most.

We refund your money without any commission.

Investment term is at least one month, during which the investor may not cancel his investment, and the investor shall be entitled to reinvest the funds after the investment term or withdraw same with profits.


Information Confidentiality:

Personal information of the investor are top confidential information where no individual may have access to it.

The company undertakes not to disclose any personal information related to the investor, his personal account or the size of his investments.

In maintaining the confidentiality of the client's account, we do not request in whatsoever manner from our investor to provide us with his account's password or request to update his data.

Investment Cancellation Provisions:

Investment concluded between the investor and BANK OF 7 may be revoked due to any of the following reasons:

In the event that the investor desires to close his account with us, where the company shall refund all of the investor's funds and close his account.

In the event that the investor deposits an amount exceeding 10.000 USD/EUR, we request from him an ID copy to ensure that his is of the legal age; once he does not provide us with such document, funds shall be returned to his account which shall be immediately closed.

In the event that the investor deposits an amount exceeding 100.000 USD/EUR, we request from him a copy of his bank statement or any income evidence to ensure that he is not related to money laundry; once he does not provide us with such document, funds shall be returned to his account which shall be immediately closed.

In the event that the investor unlawfully uses the website or carries our any of piracy acts or any acts that may inflict damage to the website or the company's interests such as illicit defamation, the company shall refund all his money and immediately close his account.
