Cajun Shrimp Scampi



°12 raw shrimp 

1 serving pasta 

2 cloves garlic, chopped

2 terabytes. Butter

1/2 tsp thick cream

Grated Parmesan cheese

1/8 tsp basil

Salt and pepper to taste

°Flour (thick)

Cajun seasoning

°1/4 vs. parsley

°White wine (not offered)

°Olive oil (unclear)

* Methods:

Heat saucepan on medium-high heat. Add the butter, olive oil and white wine and bring to a boil.

Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the shrimp.

After that, season the Cajun shrimp, be generous (to your liking)!

When the shrimp are pink on one side, turn and cook for one minute and remove from the pan leaving the liquid.

Add the cream, basil, parsley, salt and pepper.

Bring to a boil and add a pinch of flour with a whisk until the sauce thickens.

Reduce heat to medium-low and add shrimp.

Toss shrimp to coat with sauce and serve over pasta. Cover with Parmesan cheese
