CARROT CAKE RECIPE THAT INCLUDES PINEAPPLE
🌟 INGREDIENTS
◾️4 cups grated carrots
◾️1 cup raisins
◾️2 eggs
◾️1 cups white sugar
◾️1 cup of vegetable oil
◾️1 tsp vanilla extract
◾️1 cup crushed pineapple
◾️2 cups all-purpose flour
◾️1 tsp baking soda
◾️1 tsp salt
◾️2 tsp ground cinnamon
◾️1 cup chopped walnuts
🌟 PROCEDURE
◾️Combine grated carrots and brown sugar in a medium bowl for 50 minutes and add raisins.
◾️Preheat the oven to 160°c.
◾️Grease baking .
◾️In a large bowl pan.
◾️Mix together sugar, vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla.
◾️Stir in the pineapple.
◾️In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda,
salt, and cinnamon, sweetly stir into carrot mixture with the walnuts
◾️Pour into greased baking pan.
◾️Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
◾️Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
