You need:
°2 cups purpose flour
°2 cups sugar
° 1/4 teaspoon salt
° 4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
°1 cup butter
°1 cup water
° 1/2 cup butter milk
° 2 Egg
° 1 teaspoon baking soda
°1 teaspoon vanilla extract
+ Ice:
° 1/2 cup butter
° 4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
6 tbsp milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
° 3 Cups Sugar Powder
° 3/4 cup puck (chopped)
*How to make it::
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Prepare a baking tray with a non-stick cooking spray.
Mix the flour, sugar and salt. Reserve for later.
In a saucepan, melt the butter with unsweetened cocoa powder and time melt, add water, boil the mixture and then remove from the heat.
Add the melted butter mix to the flour mixture and combine until combined.
In a bowl, whisk the yogurt with the eggs, baking soda and vanilla. Then add to the other mixture and mix together. Add to the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes or until perfectly cooked.
+ Ice:
Melt butter and whisk in milk and unsweetened cocoa powder. Boil the mixture and remove from the heat. Combine vanilla extract.
Add the powdered sugar and mix until combined. Add the chopped pecans finally.
Pour over the hot cake and leave to cool before serving.
