200g of flour

35g butter Salt

3 eggs

100g edam cheese

5 slices of cooked ham

30g freshly grated Parmesan cheese

We must stretch the dough with a rolling pin, it cannot be too thick or too thin, we cut out circles with the help of a plating ring and if you do not have one you can do it with a closing knife that has a good edge.


We put the filling in the circles and close them as if it were a pie, it is essential to spread the edges of the panzerotti with 1 beaten egg white and press so that they are well closed. Heat the oil in a high frying pan and fry them until golden brown on both sides.
