SIMPLE HOMEMADE bread 🍞 


Ingredients:


250ml warm milk

1 egg

1 tablespoon sugar (20g)

1 spoon (coffee) of salt (3g)

5 g active dry yeast (1/2 packet) or 15 g fresh yeast

100 ml of oil

1/2 tablespoon margarine

2 and 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour

1 egg for brushing


Method of preparation:


In a large bowl, pour the milk and add the yeast.

Mix well until the yeast dissolves.

Then add the oil, margarine, egg, salt and sugar.


Stir well and until the ingredients are well aggregated.

Gradually add the flour, initially stirring with a spoon and then with your hands.


When the dough is very consistent, transfer it to a smooth surface and continue adding the flour little by little and kneading the dough until it is very homogeneous.

You should knead the dough for about 10 minutes.


Place the dough back in the bowl and cover with a cloth or plastic wrap.

Let her rest for 30 minutes.


TIP: If it’s too cold in your city, put it in the switched off oven.

After that time, model the buns as you wish.

TIP: I like to make them in the shape of balls.
