CHOCOLATE COVERED CARROT CAKE


 🔸Ingredients:🔸


 16 Servings


 -3 carrots, peeled

 -200 milliliters of oil

 -4 eggs

 -10 grams of baking powder

 -400 grams of sugar

 -300 grams of wheat flour

 -200 grams of chocolate, melted


 🔸Preparation🔸


 Preheat the oven to 180°C.

 Cut the carrots.  In a blender add the carrot, sugar, eggs and oil.

 Blend well until you obtain a uniform mixture.  Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the flour and baking powder.  Grease a mold and sprinkle flour;  add cake mixture and bake for 40 minutes.

 Let cool completely and cover with chocolate.
