Pecan Pie Cheesecake❤Recipe👇👇
🥰👉 Ingredients for the Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
🥰👉 Ingredients for the Cheesecake:
4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 large eggs
🥰👉 Ingredients for the Pecan Pie Filling:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups pecans, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
🥰👉 Instructions:
For the Crust: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
For the Cheesecake: Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Pour over the crust.
For the Pecan Pie Filling: In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, cream, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in pecans and vanilla.
Pour pecan filling over the cheesecake layer. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set. Cool completely in the pan.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Run a knife around the edges of the cheesecake before removing the springform pan sides.
