Pineapple Caramel Cake, Very Tasty!

 - Ingredients:

 3 eggs

 1/2 cup of oil

 1 cup of sugar

 1 cup of milk

 2 cups of wheat flour

 1 teaspoon baking soup

 Pineapple slices

 - Way of doing:

 First prepare the caramel.  In a mold with a hole in the middle, place

 +/- half a cup of sugar with half a cup of water (this measurement depends on the size of the mold)

 and let it boil until it becomes a soft caramel, keep an eye on it because when the water evaporates the sugar

 burns very quickly.

 Once the caramel is made, spread pineapple slices on the bottom and if you like, do as I did,

 also spread it around and set aside.  In a blender, beat the eggs very well,

 Then add the oil, sugar and milk, beat until well homogenized and turn off.

 Add the sifted flour and beat a little lightly just to help it mix,

 finish homogenizing the dough with the help of a spoon, finish with the yeast.

 Pour the mixture over the caramel and pineapples and place in a preheated medium oven for

 for about 40 minutes or until golden, for this cake be sure to do the toothpick test.

 Remove from the oven and let some smoke escape from the cake, about 5 minutes,

 then run a small knife around the pineapples to loosen the sides and turn over.

 dish is still hot to prevent the bottom from sticking to the pan.
