Ingredients


°1 lemon juice
°1 lemon zest
°100g. almond powder
°2 tablespoon(s) Maizena
°100g. sugar
°3 large eggs
°250g. Ricotta

Methods : 


     1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.

     2. Crack the eggs into a large bowl and add the powdered sugar. Mix everything.

      3. Add the Ricotta and the cornstarch, continue to mix briskly until you obtain a nice homogeneous paste.

     4. Add the lemon zest and juice to flavor the mixture.

     5. Sprinkle the top with almond powder or coconut powder.

     6. Pour your preparation into a mold and bake at 180°C (thermostat 6) for 45 minutes
