No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake


1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup heavy cream

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling


Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

In a bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently until well blended.

Spread the cream cheese filling over the crust in the springform pan.

Top with cherry pie filling, spreading evenly.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until set.
