Creamy Strawberry Shortcake Dip


8 ounces cream cheese (softened)

½ cup sour cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup powdered sugar

8 ounces frozen whipped topping (thawed)

½ cup diced fresh strawberries

3 tablespoons strawberry ice cream topping

Assorted dipping items (strawberries, cookies, graham crackers, etc.)


In a big bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until it's all smooth and blended.

Carefully fold in the thawed whipped topping until everything is mixed well.

Add most of the diced strawberries into the mixture, saving a little for later. Stir gently to spread the strawberries throughout.

Drizzle the strawberry ice cream topping generously over the dip. Then, gently swirl it into the mixture to get a marbled look. Do one more drizzle on top.

Put the dip into a serving bowl and sprinkle the reserved diced strawberries on top.

Serve right away with your favorite dipping treats like cookies, graham crackers, whole strawberries, or pretzels. Enjoy!
